The Cruden Bay Community Association (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CBCA’)  recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of the visitors to the CBCA Website. Any personal data collected through the CBCA Website will be regarded and treated as confidential and in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. However, the collection of such data is unintentional as the CBCA has not designed or consciously put in place any system designed to collect personal information.

This site also contains several photo galleries, some of which are of social functions etc. Although we have made a real effort to seek permission from all persons included, we appreciate that this is not always possible and we recognise the right of any individual to ask to have any photograph they may be included in removed from the gallery by contacting the webmaster.
